Marty Landrum has had a diverse work experience in sales and account management roles. Marty started their career as a Lead Painter at Riverside County from 1975 to 1979. Marty then worked as an Outside Account Manager at Fine Line Paint from 1979 to 1980, where they were responsible for sales to paint, hardware, and lumber yards. Marty Landrum then joined Laagco Sales as a Distributor Sales Representative from 1980 to 1984, selling paint sundries to hardware, lumber yards, and paint stores.

Marty then joined Benjamin Moore & Company as an Outside Salesman from 1984 to 1989, where they had sales responsibility for Riverside, San Bernardino, San Gabriel Valley, and Nevada. During their time there, they opened new business and built relationships with painters, maintenance, and industrial clients. Marty also created one of the largest Temporary Co-Owner (TCO) dealerships for the company in Las Vegas.

In 1989, Marty Landrum joined American Biltrite Inc. as a Salesman, where they had sales responsibility for the western 11 states. Marty called on distributors, carpet, and flooring outlets, provided trade show support, and resolved complaints.

Since 1991, Marty Landrum has been working at Valspar Corporation as an Account Manager. In this role, they have had sales responsibilities for California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Hawaii, and Pacific Rim Islands. Marty had previously been responsible for architectural sales in China and has mainly focused on architectural coatings and stains. Marty has also sold Valspar Lacquer for several years.

Throughout their career, Marty Landrum has demonstrated their expertise in sales, account management, business development, and relationship building across various sectors, including paint, hardware, lumber, and coatings.

Marty Landrum attended Ramona High School from 1970 to 1973 and obtained a high school degree. Afterward, Marty pursued further education at Riverside City College from 1975 to 1980, earning an Associate's Degree. During this time, Marty's field of study covered computer science, marketing, and sales.
