Gina Roege

Gina Roege is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Principal Consultant for Digital Transformation Processes at Valtech since February 2016. With significant experience at Ericsson from November 2008 to January 2016, Gina held roles including Scrum Master, Team Coach, and Senior Consultant, focusing on coaching software development teams in agile practices. Earlier career positions included various management roles in research and development at Ericsson GmbH, where Gina was involved in product ownership, operational development, and project management from 2002 to 2008.
