Jasper van Den Bosch

Jasper van den Bosch has an extensive work experience spanning more than two decades. Jasper started their career in 1998 as a Projectmanager at Media@vantage and later worked as an Electronic Publishing Consultant at RSM Erasmus University and Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2005, they joined Indicia as a Project Manager before moving to NetAdapt as a Freelance Project Manager, Software Developer, and Sys Admin. Additionally, they co-owned NetAdapt and was involved in community-focused projects. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Mirabeau as a Senior Project Manager.

In 2011, Jasper joined Valtech as a Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Service Manager. Jasper played a crucial role in leading teams and implementing DevOps practices. Jasper also became the DevOps Lead and took responsibility for managing cloud engineers and service managers. In 2018, they were promoted to DevOps Director, where they worked on developing DevOps services for clients and supervising the DevOps way of working internally.

Throughout their career, Jasper has focused on enhancing technical excellence, promoting automation, and integrating agile methodologies into the software development and operations process.

Jasper van den Bosch has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Theatre-, Film- en Television Studies from Utrecht University. Prior to that, they completed a year of General Arts studies at the same institution. In 2005, they studied Computer Science at Open Universiteit for a brief period. In 2008, they received a Prince2 Practitioner certification in Project Management from Ruysdael. In 2010, they completed a Project Management course with a focus on IPMA-C at Cito. In 2014, they attended Management Development Training at GITP and obtained an Attendance Certificate. Jasper also received an ASL2 Foundation certification in Application Services Library (ASL) from Tot Z IT-Diensten BV in the same year. Jasper has an additional certification in IPMA C from the International Project Management Association (IPMA-NL).
