Mikhala Lantz-Simmons

Mikhala Lantz-Simmons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, communications, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff for the Commerce Group at Valtech since July 2020, Mikhala develops annual strategies and leads cross-departmental projects. Prior roles at Valtech include Vice President of Marketing for North America and Director of Marketing, where Mikhala focused on go-to-market strategies and team leadership. Previous experience includes positions at the Center for Conflict Resolution and Eastern Mennonite University Center for Justice & Peacebuilding, where Mikhala managed programs and contributed to educational initiatives. Mikhala holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature and International Development from McGill University, a Master's Degree in Conflict Studies from the Center for Justice & Peacebuilding, and a Certificate in Computer Programming from LaunchCode.
