Roman Kuziv

Roman Kuziv's work experience includes various roles in different companies. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Software Developer at SWAN Software Solutions, where they designed, coded, and tested web applications using different technologies. In 2011, they joined Astound Commerce as a Software Developer, working on e-commerce solutions. From 2012 to 2014, they became a Development Leader at Astound Commerce, leading a team of 12 people in the development of e-commerce solutions. Starting in 2014, Roman worked at PulsarFour LLC. as a Project & Program Manager, responsible for delivering complex e-commerce projects for fashion brands. In 2017, they moved to Valtech and took on the role of Head of Delivery in Ukraine, overseeing client portfolios and leading a team. In 2022, they transitioned to their current role as the Head of Technology at Valtech, focusing on technology strategies and managing innovation within the company.

Roman Kuziv holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Security from Uzhhorod National University. Roman obtained this degree from 2007 to 2011. Roman later pursued a Master's degree in the same field from the same university, which they completed from 2011 to 2012. In 2019, Roman attended Kyiv-Mohyla Business School for a Management Program. From 2022 to 2024, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology at UCU Business School (LvBS). Additionally, Roman has obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Leadership I, Foundations in Design Thinking, and Demandware Developer.
