Steffen Rasmussen

Steffen Rasmussen currently serves as VP, People & Culture Nordics at Valtech since February 2020, focusing on innovative experiences that empower individuals and organizations. Prior to this role, Steffen held several key positions, including Head of People & Culture at Falck, where contributions supported global leadership in ambulance services and employee healthcare, and Head of Global HR Development & Recruitment, overseeing recruitment and organizational strategies. Experience also includes roles at Workz A/S as Senior Consultant, and at AIG as a Nordic HR Business Partner, implementing HR strategies across the Nordics. Steffen’s career began with management consulting at STRATEGOS and foundational roles at Aalund Business Research and PwC. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Strategy, Organization, and Leadership from Aarhus University, along with various certifications in coaching and project management.
