Soledad Zúñiga is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leading HR teams and implementing effective policies across various companies. Currently serving as Gerente Recursos Humanos at Valtek Diagnostics since September 2023, Soledad previously held the position of HR Manager for Andean Countries at Soltec, where responsibilities included leading HR teams in Chile and Peru. Soledad's experience also includes roles as Regional Human Resources Manager for South at Ricoh Latin America Inc., HR Business Partner at Hewlett-Packard, and HR Supervisor at Redbus Urbano S.A. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad Gabriela Mistral.
