Cathy Bostock

Cathy Bostock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT leadership and risk management. Currently serving in the Office of the CIO at Anglo American since October 2018, Cathy advises the Group CIO and oversees critical aspects of the Group-wide IT function including strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, as Head of Enterprise Architecture & Governance, responsibility included leading a department of over 60 individuals with global accountability for various IT disciplines. Cathy's expertise in data protection was further demonstrated as Group Data Protection Principal, where leadership of a multi-functional program ensured compliance with privacy legislation. Prior to Anglo American, Cathy held senior roles at PwC, enhancing clients' risk and compliance capabilities, and at Rolls-Royce, focusing on supply chain risk management and operations. Cathy holds a BA in Physics from the University of Oxford.
