Laura Frankenfield

Laura Frankenfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and training. Since 2005, Laura has served as a Senior Account Executive at VALTIM, focusing on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Prior to this role, Laura worked at InService America from 1998 to 2005 as a Contact Center Manager and Director of Training, where responsibilities included overseeing training operations for a large call center and designing training materials.
