Matti Tiitinen

Matti Tiitinen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matti started their career as a Retail Sales Representative at Intersport Megastore Tourula in 2006 and worked there until 2011. In 2011, they joined OP-Pohjola Group as an Asset Management Trainee and worked until 2013. Following that, they joined Valtra Inc. and held multiple positions. Matti started as a Sales Engineering Specialist in 2013 and then became a Sales Engineering Manager in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Brand Business Manager, responsible for Valtra sales in Scandinavia and Baltics, with sales support for Germany and Austria. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Senior Brand Business Manager for Scandinavia, Baltics, Western Europe, and Central Europe. Currently, they are the Sales Director for Europe & Middle East, leading the sales organization, driving growth strategies, and being responsible for sales and commercial results. Matti is also a member of the company's leadership team.

Matti Tiitinen attended the Jyväskylä School of Business and Economics from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Business and Economics degree. Matti'sstudies focused on accounting, finance, leadership, and economics. In 2011 and 2012, they participated in the International Student Exchange Program at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, specializing in business and managerial economics.
