Jon Child

Jon Child currently serves as the Fund Operations Director at Valu-Trac Investment Management Ltd., a position held since March 2023. Prior to this, Jon held various leadership roles at abrdn from August 2012 to March 2023, including Head of Fund Accounting and Reporting, Head of Fund Operations for Traditional Assets in EMEA, and Head of Client Reporting for EMEA. Earlier experience includes positions such as Open Ended Reporting Manager at AAM Plc, Team Leader at BNP Paribas, and Senior Fund Accountant at both Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and Aberdeen Asset Management, among others. Jon's career began at KPMG as an Assistant Manager. Educational credentials include a BAcc Hons in Accountancy and Business Finance from the University of Dundee, obtained from 1991 to 1995.
