Matthew Duncan

Matthew Duncan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive support and recruitment. Currently serving as Executive Support Manager at Valu-Trac Investment Management Ltd. since October 2020, Matthew previously held roles including Senior Recruitment Consultant at Eden Scott and various positions at REED Accountancy & Finance, including Executive Consultant and Team Manager. Prior experience includes a decade at The Scottish Parliament as Office Manager & Policy Adviser, along with directing AECC and serving as a Councillor for Aberdeen City Council. Matthew holds a 2:1 Hons MA degree in Politics & International Relations from the University of Aberdeen.
