Jane Myung

Jane Myung is a seasoned valuation professional with extensive experience in providing valuations for financial and tax reporting, as well as corporate planning. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at VRC (Valuation Research Corporation) from March 2006 to April 2025, Jane specializes in purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment studies, and common stock valuations for privately held companies. Previous roles include Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Huron Consulting Group (July 2004 - March 2006), where Jane performed valuations for various purposes, and Valuation Consultant from May 1999 to May 2004, providing independent valuations. Jane's early career began as an Intern/Analyst at Arthur Andersen LLP (June 1997 - May 1999). Jane holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
