Chris Hauptli has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Chris currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Value-Based RCM. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant, where they held the position of Senior Director, Product Management, and also served as the Delivery and Operations Integration Lead. Before joining Cognizant, Chris worked at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), where they held roles such as Americas Regional Business Engagement Lead, Senior Manager, Americas Strategic Change, and Sr. Performance Analyst. Chris began their career as an Underwriting Assistant at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managed mergers and acquisitions, and implemented strategic change management initiatives. Chris has also contributed to the development of systems and applications to support business operations.

Chris Hauptli obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Software Engineering and Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Chris subsequently pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2025. In addition, Chris has also obtained a Black Belt - Lean Six Sigma certification from Allianz Group in 2014.
