Bhavik Kotadiya

Bhavik Kotadiya has a diverse range of work experience. Bhavik started their career as a Back Office Employee at Asian Trade Link (Parle G) in 2009, and then transitioned to a Senior Officer role at Unique Mercantile India Ltd in 2011. In 2012, Bhavik joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Team Lead, where they worked on critical processes and eventually took on responsibilities for quality performance and improvement. In 2017, they moved to AMERICAN INFOSOURCE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Team Lead, managing a team of 34 associates and handling operation management. Since 2019, Bhavik has been working at Value Chain Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., first as a Business Analyst and then as a Product Team Lead. In these roles, they have demonstrated strong skills in stakeholder communication, requirements management, and project management.

Bhavik Kotadiya completed a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from Gujarat University in 2009-2010. In the same year, they also obtained a Diploma in finance management from the Ahmedabad Management Association, specializing in Finance, General. Bhavik also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Tata Consultancy Services.
