Rathin Gupta

Rathin Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Rathin is currently the Country Head - Canada at Value Creed, starting in September 2022. Before that, they worked at Deloitte as a Commodity Leader, Risk Advisory from August 2021 to September 2022.

Prior to Deloitte, Rathin held various roles at Husky Energy from April 2019 to July 2021, including Cross Commodity SME - CTRM. Rathin was responsible for leading the execution of future state vision and solution for all Refined Products business operations, as well as managing the integration efforts of legacy projects.

From February 2018 to April 2019, Rathin worked at Deloitte Canada as a Manager Advisory Services. Rathin led a team of consultants and assisted a Canadian integrated oil and gas client in designing future state business processes and strategic roadmap for digital transformation. Rathin also supported the client in technology platform selection.

Prior to Deloitte Canada, Rathin held multiple roles at Publicis Sapient from January 2014 to January 2018. Rathin'sresponsibilities included project delivery, solution design, business transformation, and business process re-engineering for Fortune 100 oil and gas clients.

Earlier in their career, Rathin worked at MRE Consulting as an Associate Consultant, where they focused on Energy Trade Risk Management. Rathin created valuation and optimization models for Natural Gas trading strategies. Rathin also worked as a Business Consultant at Energy Solutions International, analyzing terminal forecasting and refinery terminal operations for better supply chain optimization.

Rathin's career also includes experience at Credit Agricole CIB as an Associate Intern, where they built financial models and conducted reserve and financial analysis for oil and gas companies. Rathin also worked as an Outside Consultant at SCF Partners, analyzing the midstream sector and identifying potential acquisition candidates for portfolio companies.

Rathin began their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys from September 2005 to May 2007.
