Dr. Lean Murali

Dr. Lean Murali has significant work experience in various roles and industries. Dr. Lean is the Founder Director of VALUE enablers Private Limited, where they launched Value enablers' Academy. Dr. Lean also served as an Advisor and Governing Council Member at Cambridge Institute of Technology. Dr. Murali was the Chief Operating Officer at Mahaswami Software Pvt Ltd. Previously, they co-founded and served as the Chief Mentor at GPVSS, focusing on Lean Six Sigma, supply chain solutions, and business excellence. Dr. Lean worked as a Senior Consultant for Lean Six Sigma Consultancy and held managerial positions at Saint-Gobain - General Delegation India and Saint-Gobain Abrasives. Dr. Murali also gained experience as the Head of Operations at Jesons Corporation in China and as a Business Development Manager at India Markets. Dr. Lean started their career as a Senior Business Development Engineer at Grindwell Norton Limited, where they improved systems through methods engineering, value engineering, and standardization.

Dr. Lean Murali has a diverse education history that includes degrees and certifications in various fields. In 1995, they completed their BE(Hons) and MSc(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Dr. Lean pursued further studies in Computer Science by completing their II grade PU at National High School in 1989. Dr. Murali then went on to earn an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 2008. In the same year, they also completed an Executive Management program with a focus on Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Additionally, Dr. Murali holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore.
