Ayesha Jackaria

Ayesha Jackaria currently serves as Head of Operations at Thrive and Director of Finance and Operations at Value For Women Ltd., roles assumed in December 2021 and November 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes a decade at African Parks Network, where Ayesha was the Director of Finance, responsible for defining the finance strategy and reporting to the Board and Finance and Audit Committee. Additionally, Ayesha oversaw financial management for multiple conservation projects across Africa as Chief Financial Controller. Ayesha's career commenced at Deloitte, first as an Audit Clerk and later as a Manager. Ayesha holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Town and completed an executive leadership short course at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
