Kirsty Ho

Kirsty Ho serves as the People and Culture Lead at Value For Women Ltd. since April 2023, where responsibilities include implementing a people-oriented strategy for a globally diverse team across 16+ countries in a social impact context. Prior experience includes a role as an HR and Culture Consultant, leading strategic initiatives for organizational effectiveness using the ADKAR framework. As the Global People and Culture Executive for Autoboys South Africa from 2017 to 2021, Kirsty collaborated with the C-Suite on comprehensive people and culture initiatives, scaling the organization from 50 to 600 employees, and launching the Employee Resource Group, The Happy Hub. Previous roles include HR, People and Culture Executive at Grandmark International and Account Director at Meropa Communications, with early experience as an Account Executive at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Kirsty holds an Associate Diploma in People Management from Acacia Learning and a Bachelor's degree in History and Sociology from The University of Manchester, along with completion of the Stanford University Seed Transformation Program.
