Giuseppe Nespoli

Giuseppe Nespoli is an Organization Development Consultant at Value Management Strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Quixotic Strategies from August 2015 to March 2018.

Giuseppe has extensive experience in facilitating workshops and developing interventions to improve collaboration, communication, and engagement within organizations. Giuseppe has worked with clients from various industries, including media, healthcare, government, and non-profit.

Giuseppe is a strong advocate for using appreciative inquiry and stakeholder analysis to assess the needs of an organization and its members. Giuseppe is skilled in developing change models that incorporate the input of all stakeholders.

In addition to their work in organizational development, Giuseppe has also facilitated leadership trainings for college student counselors. Giuseppe is experienced in coaching individuals to develop the emotional intelligence and conflict management skills necessary for success in personal and professional relationships.

Giuseppe Nespoli has a Master's degree in Organization Development from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pepperdine University. Giuseppe also has a High School diploma from Palm Desert High School. In addition, they have several certifications in diversity and inclusion, coaching, facilitation, and strategic agility from eCornell, ThoughtAction, and LinkedIn. Giuseppe is also a Value Methodology Associate (VMA) from SAVE International.
