Hardy Lai

Hardy Lai has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Hardy is currently the Head Of Client Services at Value Partners Group, a position they have held since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management from 2015 to 2019, where they held roles as Operation Transformation - Client & Regulatory Communication from May 2017 to August 2019, and as a Client Account Manager from May 2015 to May 2017. From 2007 to 2015, Hardy worked at J.P. Morgan as a Client Service Account Manager. Before that, they worked at CIBC Mellon as a Team Supervisor from 2000 to 2007.

Hardy Lai attended the University of Toronto from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Management, Economics, and Accounting.
