Loreen Flores-Riley

Loreen Flores-Riley has a diverse work experience in the education field. Loreen is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Value Schools since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a School Administrator at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools from 2013 to 2022. In this role, they focused on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and implemented effective monitoring tools and systems to uplift traditionally underserved youth. Their responsibilities also included analyzing data to identify areas of need and creating a shared vision of equity among stakeholders.

Loreen also worked as a Leadership Coach at ALLIANCE FOR COLLEGE-READY PUBLIC SCHOOLS FACILITIES CORPORATION from 2017 to 2020, where they provided coaching and support to school leaders. Loreen gained experience as a University Administrator-Intern Supervisor at Loyola Marymount University from 2013 to 2014, and as an Assistant Principal at Alliance DOMHS from 2011 to 2013. Lastly, they started their career as a Teacher at College Ready High School from 2007 to 2011. Overall, Loreen has extensive experience in education administration, coaching, and teaching.

Loreen Flores-Riley obtained a Fellowship in Educational Leadership from Relay Graduate School of Education in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they received a Master of Arts in School Administration and Administrative Credential from Loyola Marymount University in 2011. Loreen also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University of Fullerton, completed in 2005. Additionally, Loreen has acquired certifications in "Creating a Leadership Development Program" from LinkedIn in 2022 and an Administrative Services Credential from CTC in 2021.
