Trevor Howes has over 25 years of experience in business consulting and benefits realization management. In 1990, they began their career at Fujitsu Services as a Managing Consultant, where they were the Head of the Business Value Community, Lead for Benefit Realization, Portfolio Management, Business Cases and Requirements Management. In 1993, they moved to ICL Client Server Systems Asia as a Business Consultant. In 1991, they were a Business Analyst at ICL Retail Systems. In 2008, they returned to Fujitsu Services as a Benefits Realisation Management Lead. In 2009, they were a Founder Member of the APM Benefits Management SIG. In 2010, they founded Benefiteer and BRM Fusion Ltd., where they were the Owner and Delivery Lead, respectively. In 2015, they were a Founder Member of the Value Selling & Realization Council. Lastly, in 2013, they founded Wovex Limited, a unique provider of professional benefits realisation management software.
Trevor Howes has a long and varied educational history. Trevor obtained their MBA from the University of Bedfordshire in 2001, with a focus on Business. Prior to that, they obtained their BA(Hons) in Computing in Business from The University of Huddersfield in 1990. Additionally, they obtained the Cyber Essentials certification from The IASME Consortium Ltd in December 2022.
