Seth Watts, CMA, CFM has over 18 years of experience in the banking industry, with expertise in areas such as start-up bank organization, bank operations, accounting, treasury management, and regulatory and financial reporting. Seth most recently held the position of EVP/Chief Financial Officer at ValueBank Texas, where they have been since 2013. Prior to that, they served as COO and CFO at Valliance Bank from 2006 to 2013. Seth began their banking career at First United Bank in 1995 and held various positions there, ultimately becoming Market President before transitioning to Valliance Bank.
