Lars Reeker has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Lars began their career as a Student Instructor & Tutor at the Faculty Technology, Policy and Management in 2010. Lars then became a Board Member at the ICT Student Society, Faculty TPM in 2011 and Secretary of the Board at Study association S.V.T.B. Curius in 2012. In 2013, they were a Treasurer for Alumninetwerk TBM Arachnion and in 2014, they were an Intern IT Advisory at EY and a Member of StrICTly for Business TU Delft team at De Nederlandsche Bank / Dutch Central Bank. In 2015, they were a Graduate Intern at Jibes Data Analytics B.V. and from 2016 to 2019 they were an IT Strategy Consultant and Change Consultant at NIBC Bank. Since 2021, they have been a Customer Success & Business Development APAC region at ValueBlue.

Lars Reeker attended A. Roland Holst College from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a VWO/High school degree in Science & Technology plus Economics & IT. In 2009, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from TU Delft | Technology, Policy and Management in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management. Lars later completed a Minor in Serious Gaming & Traffic behavior from the same institution in 2011-2012. In 2013-2016, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) from TU Delft | Technology, Policy and Management in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management. In 2015, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy in Data Analytics & Information Systems Management. In 2018, they completed a Professional Programme from Henley Business School in Strategy & Enterprise Architecture. Additionally, they obtained an ITIL® Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT Group in 2015 and a Process Mining: Data science in Action from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2015.
