Amber Long

Amber Long, MBA, has extensive experience in workforce and care operations support, currently serving as the Director at VRI since September 2017. Prior roles include Workforce Manager and Operations Analyst at Assurant Specialty Property, Operations Manager for the workforce management team at Assurant, and various positions including Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist at Assurant Specialty Property. Amber began a career in management as a Service Manager at FedEx from August 2005 to June 2009. Academically, Amber holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2015.
