Mason Stinchcomb

Mason Stinchcomb is a Software Engineer currently employed at VRI since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mason owned and operated The Common Grounds Cafe Cooperative, enhancing service quality and team organization. As a Store Manager at Rise Southern Biscuits & Righteous Chicken, Mason implemented daily goal-setting meetings and created procedural guides, positively impacting management across five locations. Mason completed a 30-week intensive program in Full Stack Web Application Development at Merit America and has held various management positions in the food service industry, demonstrating strong leadership and quality control skills. Currently, Mason is pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
