Chandra has progressed through various roles within the company, including Director - SD, Associate Director - SD, Program Manager, and Sr. Project Manager, all focused on pioneering industry-specific solutions and digital practices to drive growth and deliver specific business outcomes. Prior to ValueLabs, Chandra worked as a Project Leader at TCIL Bellsouth Ltd from June 1997 to June 2000, emphasizing innovative solutions and timely services in alignment with customer needs. Chandra holds a GNIIT MDCA in Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Nizam College - Osmania University.
