James Carlucci

Mr. Carlucci serves the organization as Senior Vice President of the Insurance division. Mr. Carlucci oversees strategic planning and business development activities for the company’s Property & Casualty and Life Insurance offerings. Mr. Carlucci joined ValueMomentum in March 2014 and has significantly contributed to ValueMomentum’s rapid growth in its mainstay Insurance vertical.

A career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Carlucci is an industry veteran with extensive and varied experiences, and possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in consulting professional services, business development and go-to-market strategies, corporate strategic planning, IT leadership, finance, and insurance operations.

Prior to joining ValueMomentum, Mr. Carlucci had a long stint with Erie Insurance Group and served the organization as Vice President, IT Strategic and Integrated Services before moving to ValueMomentum.

Mr. Carlucci holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), and completed the Executive Development Program from Kellogg School of Management.
