Nicholas Kadlec

Nicholas Kadlec currently serves as Senior Controller at Valutek, a position held since July 2021. Prior experience includes Controller at Advanced Energy Ideas from September 2018 to July 2021 and an extensive tenure at Atkore International, where roles included Director of Finance, Change Management/Training Leader, Business Process Leader, and various accounting positions, all contributing to a robust foundation in accounting, finance, operations, auditing, and change management. Nicholas has a strong background in implementing ERP systems, driving Lean transformations, and managing financial processes, with formal education including an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from DeVry Institute of Technology.
