Martin Roukala (né Peres) is a Linux software graphics engineer and founder of Mupuf Tmi, where efforts focus on enhancing the gaming experience on Linux through CI infrastructure development, Mesa, X11/Wayland, and Linux kernel development while collaborating with Valve since October 2020. Prior to this, Martin held various positions at Intel Corporation from January 2015 to October 2020, including CI/Tooling architect and Linux SW Graphics Engineer. Academic pursuits included a Ph.D. at Laboratoire Bordelais de Recherche en Informatique (LaBRI) from September 2011 to December 2014, with a focus on power consumption and security in wireless networks, and a background in engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Bourges and IUT d'informatique, Université Montpellier II. An internship at UCLAN involved developing a gaze-tracking system for GUI analysis.
