Steven Cardinali

Steven Cardinali is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in advanced technologies and product development. Currently employed at Valve Corporation since December 2022, Steven previously held multiple roles at Insulet Corporation from October 2017 to October 2022, including Senior Manager and Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer, where significant contributions were made to the development of next-generation insulin delivery products and closed-loop delivery algorithms. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Design Engineer for the Apple Watch, a member of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories focusing on national security mechanical systems, and a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley, where work involved modeling human torso dynamics. Steven holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Biophysics and Applied Mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University.
