Becca Rightmyer, MBA

Becca Rightmyer, MBA, currently serves as the Sales Training Program Manager at Valvoline Global Operations, a position held since January 2018, where responsibilities include managing the development and deployment of extensive employee training courses and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective adoption of sales solutions. Previously, Becca was the eLearning Program Manager and Corporate Trainer at ExecuTrain of Kentucky from July 2015 to December 2017, overseeing the maintenance of the LMS system and developing training materials on essential soft skills. Earlier experience includes a role as Communications Specialist at Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance from February 2008 to July 2015, where Becca managed digital communication platforms and partnered with HR for employee engagement. Becca started the career as a Medical Receptionist and Marketing Intern at Lexington Clinic and as a Communications Intern at the Alzheimer's Association. Becca holds a Master of Business Administration in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Strategic Communication from the University of Kentucky.
