James Holms

James Holms has a diverse work experience in finance and leadership roles. James is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Valvoline Global Operations since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Aptiv as the Vice President Finance, EDS from June 2021 to October 2022. Holms has also served as the Chief Financial Officer at HellermannTyton Global from March 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they were the Vice President, Treasurer at Aptiv from December 2017 to March 2019. Additionally, Holms has held various positions at Delphi, including Vice President, Treasurer, Director, Corporate Development, and Manager, Corporate Development between 2013 to 2017. James has previous experience as an Associate at Chicago Growth Partners from May 2011 to August 2013, and at Robert W. Baird & Co. as an Associate and Analyst from July 2007 to May 2011. James started their career as a Transaction Services Associate Intern at PwC in 2005.

James Holmes completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Albion College from 2003 to 2006. James then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan from 2006 to 2007. Later, James Holmes obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan from 2013 to 2015.
