Natalie Hewlett

Natalie Hewlett currently serves as a Global Talent Management Specialist at Valvoline Global Operations, where responsibilities include organizational development. Prior experience includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Horses Offering Opportunities for the Future, Inc., and various roles at the University of Louisville College of Education and Human Development, where responsibilities spanned executive assistance, development, and communications. Additional experience includes an Emerging Leader position at Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana, as well as roles in equestrian management and retail. Natalie holds a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education and English from the University of Kentucky, and has a study abroad experience at King's College London.
