Rajeswari Sirigineedi began their work experience in 2017 at Reliance Industries Limited, where they worked as a Technology Manager. In this role, they proposed augmentation of the Disulphide Oil sodium removal facility, commissioned the LPG treating unit Debottlenecking Project, and prepared annual energy and chemical consumption norms. Rajeswari then moved on to become an Operations Manager, where they received special recognition as the first female engineer to become Shift Field Engineer. Rajeswari led a team of shift field executives, prioritized equipment repairs and maintenance, and successfully completed turnarounds within the stipulated time. Additionally, they commissioned the Tail Gas Treating Unit and prepared standard operating procedures with risk assessment. In 2022, Rajeswari joined Valvoline Inc. as an International Supply Chain Co-op. Rajeswari is currently a Supply Chain Analyst at Valvoline Global Operations, starting in 2023.
Rajeswari Sirigineedi pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Warangal from 2013 to 2017. Rajeswari then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Purdue University, starting in 2021. As of December 2022, they obtained a certification from Purdue University.
