Amelia Krites

Amelia Krites is an experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor at Valvoline Inc., where since November 2016, oversight of a six-member talent acquisition team has focused on full-cycle recruiting for Valvoline Instant Oil Change service centers nationwide, along with performance management of key performance indicators and staffing for over 170 locations. Prior to this role, Amelia served as the Recruiting/Driver Development Manager at Knight Refrigerated from December 2008 to November 2016, responsible for recruiting qualified Class A tractor-trailer drivers in a competitive industry. Amelia's career began as a Customer Service Clerk at Giant Eagle from March 2000 to November 2008, where responsibilities included financial analysis and customer assistance. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a High School Diploma from Upper Arlington High School.
