Andre Simmons

Andre Simmons is an experienced professional in operations management with a strong background in both engineering and business. Currently serving as Direct Marketing Manager at Valvoline Global Operations since December 2022 and as Plant Manager for both Carlisle Construction Materials and Valvoline Inc. since January 2022 and November 2016, respectively, Andre leads production facilities and oversees distribution centers in California and Oregon. Prior experience includes a tenure as Plant Manager at Ashland Inc. from December 2012 to November 2016. Andre holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Portland State University.
