Brittney E. Justice

Brittney E. Justice holds the designation of CIPP/US and currently serves as Senior Privacy and Compliance Counsel at Valvoline Inc., a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Brittney worked as a Data Privacy and Security Associate Attorney at Baker McKenzie from September 2022 to October 2023 and as an Associate Attorney specializing in Privacy, Cyber & Litigation at Bracewell LLP from October 2019 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant to William Forbath at The University of Texas School of Law, a Summer Associate at Bracewell LLP, a Judicial Intern at the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas, and a Legislative Assistant at the Texas House of Representatives. Brittney earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from St. Edward's University, furthering studies in International Relations at Universidad de Belgrano.
