Charley Pallos

Charley Pallos is an accomplished Interactive Designer at Valvoline Inc. since July 2015 and the Owner and Creative Director of Element Studio, a home-based creative services company founded in 2004. Previously held the position of Creative Director at the Kentucky Historical Society, overseeing a team responsible for diverse design outputs, including publications, exhibits, and digital initiatives. Charley also served as Project Creative Director at The Cannery, managing high-profile projects for major clients like Disney and Microsoft, and contributed to the visual effects industry as a Digital Compositor at Ultimatte Corporation. Early career experience includes work as a Digital Color Editor for Marvel Entertainment. Charley possesses a strong educational background with degrees from Cal State Northridge and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
