Jessie Simon

Jessie Simon has a extensive work experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Valvoline. Jessie started working for Valvoline in 1992 as a Facility Team Leader and was responsible for coordinating activities at the Atlanta packaging facility, earning several Productivity awards during their time there. Jessie later became a Facility Supervisor at the Valvoline Chicago Direct Market and blending facility, where they oversaw warehousing and delivery activities and implemented safety and operational improvements. In 2007, Jessie joined Ashland/Valvoline as a Facility Supervisor II, where they managed blending, warehousing, and delivery activities at two St. Louis facilities and led the Responsible Care - Zero Incident Plan. In 2010, they returned to Valvoline and took on various roles including Operations Manager and North American Manager - Direct Market Operations and HD Fleet/DOT Compliance. Most recently, they have been serving as the Valvoline NA Director of Direct Markets/HD Fleet Operations since April 2019.

Jessie Simon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Management from the University of Texas at the Permian Basin, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Jessie went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Project Management at the New York Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2008.
