Linda Levesque

Linda Levesque (Schneider) is an experienced compensation professional with a robust background in designing and administering compensation policies and incentive plans across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Compensation at Valvoline Inc. since July 2020, Linda previously held positions as Sr. Compensation Manager at Chico's FAS, Inc. from January 2012 to July 2020 and at Burger King Corporation from June 2005 to January 2012, where responsibilities included managing incentive programs and global relocation. Earlier experience includes serving as Corporate HR Manager and then Compensation Manager at AutoNation from May 1999 to June 2005, focusing on performance evaluations and salary planning.
