Rhetta Coleman

Rhetta Coleman possesses extensive experience in administrative roles, particularly within the corporate sector. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Real Estate & Construction at Valvoline Inc. since May 2016, Rhetta has also held positions as an Administrative Coordinator in Creative Services and as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial & Transformation Officer at the same company. Prior to this, Rhetta worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Tempur Sealy International, where responsibilities included supporting multiple Vice Presidents in the Supply Chain Department and IT, along with calendar management. Rhetta holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary from Kentucky Junior College of Business.
