Richard Gallegos

Richard Gallegos is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the construction and development sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Pre-Construction at Valvoline Inc. since March 2018, Richard has successfully overseen pre-construction processes. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Project Manager for New Store Development and Remodels at Sunoco LP, where responsibilities included managing development sites through various phases including real estate due diligence and permitting. Richard's earlier experience includes managing small capital projects and demolition programs at Stripes Convenience Stores and serving as a Senior Draftsman and Project Coordinator at PCR Architects, where multiple projects were designed and coordinated from conceptual phases through to completion. Richard holds an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Design Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Albuquerque.
