Tim Latham

Tim Latham has a diverse work experience, primarily in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Tim started their career with Valvoline in 2005 as a Manufacturing Manager, where they worked until 2007. Tim then joined Ashland as a Contract Manufacturing Manager from 2007 to 2011. Returning to Valvoline in 2011, Tim held various roles including Product Line Manager, Global Product Manager, and Global Third Party Sourcing Manager. Currently, they serve as the Supply Chain Solutions Director at Valvoline as of March 2020. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in managing product lines, developing new product categories, and overseeing manufacturing operations.
