Tony Chen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tony started their career as a Marketing Executive at Warrior Shoes in 1999. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Product Manager at HCG-Hocheng (China)Co.,Ltd, where they managed the product line and developed marketing plans. Tony then moved on to Han Gao (韩高) in 2003, where they served as a Product Manager responsible for adhesive and home decoration brands. From 2006 to 2008, Tony worked as a Brand Manager at ICI Dulux Paints, managing the "Cuprinol" brand and implementing marketing plans. Tony then joined Castrol in 2008 as a Brand Manager and later served as a Marketing Director from 2014 to 2019. During their time at Castrol, Tony achieved significant brand growth through innovative communication campaigns and new product launches. Tony went on to become the APAC Marketing Director at Apex Tool Group, LLC 世达工具 from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Tony is the Marketing Director at Valvoline Inc., where they continue to utilize their marketing expertise.

Tony Chen earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Fudan University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Shanghai University of Engineering Science, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they hold a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn, obtained in the year 2021.
