Oliver Seah

Oliver Seah is a legal operations professional currently engaged with ATTIX and Vama since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Regulatory Compliance Manager at the Ministry of Manpower from December 2020 to December 2023, and a Master Sergeant in the Singapore Army from 2012 to 2021. Additionally, Oliver has held the role of Senior Manager in Partnership & Contract Management at Workforce Singapore from November 2018 to December 2020, and co-founded Man’Groove International, where Oliver served as Partnership & Legal Director from March 2015 to November 2018. Further contributions also include serving as an Examination Invigilator at Alliance Française de Singapour in 2017. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Laws - LLB (Honours) from the University of London and a Diploma in Legal Studies with a focus on International Law from Stansfield College.
