Muzaffer Nahvi is a Chief Human Resources Officer with over 27 years of extensive experience in aligning organizations, particularly within the healthcare sector. Recognized for strong leadership, Muzaffer has successfully managed large teams and complex budgets while advocating for ethical practices and a collaborative culture. They have held key HR positions at several companies, including United Eastern Medical Services and Al Noor Hospitals Group, where they led transformative business changes and initiatives. Muzaffer earned an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Kashmir and has also studied Business Management at XLRI Jamshedpur. Currently, Muzaffer serves as the CHRO at VAMED for Reem Hospital.
