Carlos Gonçalves is a seasoned product development leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Van Ameyde Systems, Carlos specializes in Insurtech solutions for Claims Management. Previously, as Senior Director of Product at PandaDoc, Carlos led cross-functional tracks to enhance document automation processes. As VP of Product at Collab, Carlos focused on product strategy and user experience for Contact Center solutions. Earlier roles included Head of Product at Celfocus, where Carlos managed Unified Communications products and project delivery, along with various technical positions in telecommunications, banking, and air transportation. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
