Spencer Howell

Spencer Howell is a seasoned consulting engineer with extensive experience in the fields of Mechanical, Plumbing, GeoExchange, and Energy Analysis, currently serving as Principal at Van Boerum and Frank Associates since 2006. Prior to this role, Spencer held various positions at Spectrum Engineers from 2001 to 2006, including Associate and Associate Principal, and worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Bennion Associates Engineers between 2000 and 2001. Spencer's distinguished career began in the US Navy, where Spencer served as a Flight Engineer and Aviation Electrician's Mate from 1990 to 1995, specifically with the Lockheed P-3C Orion patrol aircraft. Spencer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science degree in Physical Sciences from Salt Lake Community College.
